This Elderflower is a semi-sweet country wine. With a bouquet of flowers and sunshine reminiscent of a walk on a spring day. Exhibiting strong floral notes and a hint of lemon, tied together with wildflower honey, then aged to perfection on mild French Oak.

The Elder tree held the sacred spirit of the Elder Mother. A powerful goddess who had the power to protect or harm. The goddess imbued the tree with special gifts. Before taking from the sacred tree, you would have to kneel and offer thanks or risk being cursed by the ElderMother.
